Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services of Trinity Line Garage Door Co ("Trinity Line," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") or accessing our website at trinitylinegaragedoor.com. By scheduling service, requesting an estimate, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Trinity Line provides residential and commercial overhead garage door repair, new garage door installation, broken torsion/extension spring replacement, smart garage door opener installation and repair, cable and roller replacement, bent track realignment, and comprehensive preventative maintenance throughout Dallas and North Texas.
2. Service Quotes, Estimates & Transparent Pricing
- On-Site Evaluation: Prior to commencing any mechanical work, our certified technician will perform a diagnostic inspection and present an upfront, flat-rate quote detailing parts and labor.
- Customer Approval: No billable repair or replacement will begin without explicit approval from the property owner or authorized representative.
- Hidden Fees: We do not charge hidden trip fees, unexpected fuel surcharges, or unapproved add-on fees.
3. Same-Day & 24/7 Emergency Dispatch
We strive to provide same-day response and 24/7 emergency dispatch across North Texas. Dispatch arrival windows are estimated based on real-time traffic conditions and technician availability. In cases of severe weather, traffic delays, or emergency schedule adjustments, our dispatch desk will communicate promptly.
4. Customer Obligations & Site Safety
High-tension overhead doors and spring assemblies can present severe safety hazards. The customer agrees to:
- Provide clear, unobstructed access to the garage door, motor opener, track assembly, and power outlets.
- Ensure children and pets remain at a safe distance while technicians are handling heavy door panels or high-tension springs.
- Refrain from attempting manual tampering or operating broken spring assemblies prior to professional technician arrival.
5. Parts & Workmanship Warranty
We take pride in our master craftsmanship. All replacement parts—including high-cycle torsion springs, nylon ball-bearing rollers, steel cables, and garage door opener units—are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties in addition to our Trinity Line Workmanship Guarantee. Warranty coverage applies to normal operating usage and excludes damages caused by vehicle collisions, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or severe structural foundation shifts.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the approved repair or installation work. We accept major credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and approved checks. Itemized receipts and warranty documentation are provided upon payment completion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trinity Line shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing structural decay, unpermitted electrical wiring, or uninspected homeowner modifications outside the scope of our contracted service.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
